Can't believe it

Bad & Good News Well, the bad news is I have finally succumbed to Covid. I had thought I might just about get away with not getting it, however, given the rates here in the UK and also the fact that my flatmate had it for a week without knowing (negative lateral flow tests, but a positive PCR test due to his work in the NHS), it was perhaps not surprising. I'm in no danger, but I feel absolutely lousy and have a constant hacking cough. Anyway this morning, I get a call from Warwickshire. It is Gary Cole letting me know they are starting my boat. I was a bit stunned, as the last update from Sue was all doom and gloom. So that was great news. From what I remember, the build takes a month, so all being well, I should have the thing round about mid-May. Given that, I needed to chase Kingslock for the stern gear they are supplying.
